Well, it's only a standalone game for the PC. For the 360, it comes in a pack with 4 other games...

I know. The pack is called "The Orange Box".

Basically, It's an online (only) shooter where you're on a team and you can choose between 9 different classes. Each one has their own uses. You can change classes at any point during the game, though you start back at your team's base when you change.

The classes are:
Scout (RUN)
Soldier (BLOW UP)
Heavy Weapons Guy (SHOOT)
Demoman (BLOW UP AND LAY TRAPS)
Pyro (BURN)
Engineer (BUILD)
Sniper (SNIPE)
Medic (HEAL)
Spy (SNEAK)

It's fun, really.

Should I buy the Orange Box?

Only if you like shooter (FPS) games. The games in the Orange Box are:

Half-Life 2
HL2: Episode 1
HL2: Episode 2
Portal
Team Fortress 2

All are shooters except portal, which is a combination of puzzle and shooter.
